About my approach

Supervision isn’t just about clinical knowledge – it’s about learning the how of dietetics: the counselling, behaviour‑change, and therapeutic skills that help you connect with clients and support real growth.

I offer individual and group supervision to new graduates, and early- and mid-career dietitians, particularly those currently working in or wishing to work in private practice, mental health, eating disorder, and neuro-affirming spaces.

Having worked across general GP clinics, specialised eating and feeding disorder services, lifespan community health, and an eating disorder day program — and now running my own fully telehealth clinic — I understand the diverse realities dietitians navigate in clinical care.

My client work is firmly grounded in Health At Every Size and Neurodivergent Affirming principles, with a strong respect for autonomy and emotional safety. I’m especially passionate about Motivational Interviewing and Reflective Practice.

In the early stages of my career, working solo across GP clinics, I didn’t engage with supervision — and I now know just how much I missed. Since then, I’ve engaged in consistent, thoughtful supervision over many years, and the growth has been so fulfilling. That journey has shaped my commitment to offering supervision spaces that honour emotional safety, reflective practice, and professional development.
