If it looks like a good fit, I’ll send through available appointment options and we’ll book it in.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll do my best to recommend another dietitian who may be better able to support you.

You do not need a referral to access a dietitian. However, you may be eligible for a Medicare Care Plan which could entitle you to a rebate.

Medicare
Discuss with your doctor if you are eligible for either of the following:Chronic Disease Management Plan: Claim a rebate of $61.80 per session, for up to 5 sessions within a calendar year.
Eating Disorder Management Plan: Claim a rebate of $61.80 per session, for up to 20 sessions within a 12‑month period.
Private Health
Many private health insurance plans cover sessions with Accredited Practising Dietitians. Please check your policy to see if you are eligible for telehealth appointments.NDIS
I work with Plan‑managed and Self‑managed participants of the NDIS. -
Initial appointment: $210
(50 minutes + 20 minutes non‑client‑facing)Review appointment: $190
(50 minutes + 10 minutes non‑client‑facing)Additional information:
After‑hours appointments (5:00pm or later) incur a $25 after‑hours fee.
Concession rates are available with a current Health Care Card. Please ensure you provide a copy before your appointment takes place:
$180 for an initial appointment
$170 for a review appointment
Non‑client‑facing time allows Nicole to complete essential tasks such as medico‑legal documentation, communication with your healthcare team (as appropriate), and sending any resources used in session.
Electronic payments incur a 1.90% + $1.00 processing fee.

At the moment, my practice is fully online, so I don’t offer face‑to‑face appointments. If in‑person support feels important for you, there are many wonderful dietitians providing face‑to‑face care across Australia, and I’d be glad to point you toward options that might suit your needs.

All nutrition counselling appointments run for 50-minutes.

To access online sessions, you’ll need:
A device (computer, tablet, or phone)
Reliable internet connection
A camera

As part of completing your intake form, you’ll be asked to enter your card details.
Your information is securely stored, and you will only be charged after your appointment has taken place.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ (weekdays, not weekends) notice, your card will not be charged. For further details, please refer to the cancellation policy below.

When appointments are booked, that time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to attend or cancel with short notice, the appointment cannot be offered to another person.
More than 48 hours’ (2 weekdays, not weekends) notice: No appointment fee will be charged.
24–48 hours’ (more than 1 but less than 2 weekdays, not weekends) notice: 50% of the full appointment fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours’ (weekdays, not weekends) notice, or non‑attendance without prior notice: The full appointment fee will be charged.
Please note: These fees are not eligible for Medicare or most Private Health Fund rebates.
